Nadia Francis (b.1982) lives and works in London, UK. In 2016 she studied an MA in Fine Art at the Royal College of Art, London. She has exhibited both in the UK and internationally.
Her paintings are ‘psychological landscapes’, a hybrid space in which the boundaries between reality and imagination become blurred. These landscapes are idealised visions, full of colour and fluidity. They reference a longing to inhabit somewhere simple, and offer possibilities of what this may look like. Evidence of human presence is visible whilst not explicit.
